How do I create an account on digiMall?
Creating an account is easy! Click on "Sign Up", fill in your details, and verify your email to get started.
How can I list my products for sale?
To list your products on digiMall, log in to your account and navigate to the "Seller Dashboard". Click on "Add New Product", fill in the product details including title, description, price, and upload high-quality images. Once you’ve entered all the necessary information, click "Publish" to make your product live on the marketplace.
Are there any fees for selling on digiMall?
Yes, digiMall operates on a commission-based model. We charge a N2,000 commission on each sale made through the platform. There are no upfront listing fees, and you can start selling without any initial investment. Additionally, for premium features like enhanced product visibility, there are optional fees which you can choose to opt into from your seller dashboard.
How do buyers contact me?
Buyers can contact you directly through the digiMall messaging system. When a buyer has a question about your product, they can send you a message via your product page. You will receive a notification in your seller dashboard and via email. It’s important to respond promptly to maintain high seller ratings and provide excellent customer service.
What payment methods are available?
digiMall supports a variety of payment methods to ensure convenience for both buyers and sellers. Buyers can pay using credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For sellers, earnings can be withdrawn via bank transfers or PayPal. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption to protect your financial information.
How do I handle returns or refunds?
digiMall strives to ensure a positive experience for both buyers and sellers. If a buyer requests a return or refund, you will receive a notification in your seller dashboard. You can review the request and respond accordingly. For eligible returns, please follow our return policy guidelines which include accepting returns within 14 days of purchase, ensuring the product is in its original condition, and providing a valid reason for the return. Once approved, you can process the refund through the platform, and the buyer will receive their money back via their original payment method.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Withdrawing your earnings from digiMall is straightforward. Navigate to your "Seller Dashboard" and click on "Withdraw Funds". You can choose your preferred withdrawal method, either via bank transfer or PayPal. Please ensure that your account is verified and that you have met the minimum withdrawal threshold of NGN 5,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3-5 business days. For any issues or delays, you can contact our support team for assistance.
