digiMall Shipping Policy

At digiMall, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. As part of our commitment to excellence, we have partnered with Fez Delivery to manage our deliveries. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all shipments made by DigiMall.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the shipping destination. The shipping rates are as follows:

• Intrastate Deliveries (within the same state): ₦3,225 (inclusive of 7.5% VAT)
• Interstate Deliveries (across different states): ₦4,600 - ₦6,500 (inclusive of 7.5% VAT)

Base Weight and Additional Weight Charges

All shipping rates apply to a base weight of 0.5-4kg. For packages exceeding the base weight, additional weight charges will apply:

• Intrastate Deliveries: ₦600 per kg
• Interstate Deliveries: ₦900 per kg

Delivery Timelines

Our delivery timelines are as follows:

• Intrastate Deliveries: Completed by the next business day after pick-up
• Interstate Deliveries: Take 2-5 business days post-pick-up

Delivery Areas

digiMall delivers to all states in Nigeria.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your delivery on the Fez Delivery website.

Delivery Attempts

Fez Delivery will make a maximum of two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be returned to digiMall, and the customer will be notified.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with Fez Delivery to resolve the issue and provide a solution, as applicable.

Changes to Shipping Policy

digiMall reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes to the Shipping Policy will be effective upon posting on the digiMall website.
