digiMall Seller Policy

At digiMall, we strive to provide a safe and trustworthy marketplace for buyers and sellers to transact. As a seller on DigiMall, you are expected to comply with our Seller Policy, which outlines the terms and conditions for selling on our platform.

Seller Eligibility

To be eligible to sell on DigiMall, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old
  2. Have a valid email address, NIN or CAC ID and phone number
  3. Provide accurate and complete registration information
  4. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on DigiMall, you are responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate and complete product descriptions, including prices, images, and specifications
  2. Ensuring that all products are genuine, new, and not counterfeit
  3. Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and consumer protection laws
  4. Responding promptly to buyer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  5. Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that buyers are satisfied with their purchases

Product Listing Requirements

All product listings on DigiMall must comply with the following requirements:

  1. Accurate and complete product descriptions
  2. Clear and accurate images of the product
  3. Correct pricing and shipping information
  4. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Products

The following products are prohibited from being sold on DigiMall:

  1. Counterfeit or pirated goods
  2. Stolen or illegal goods
  3. Firearms, explosives, or other hazardous materials
  4. Adult content or explicit materials
  5. Any products that are prohibited by law or regulation

Payment Terms

As a seller on DigiMall, you agree to the following payment terms:

  1. Payment will be made to you within 3-5 business days after the buyer has confirmed receipt of the product
  2. Payment will be made via Sellers Wallet, transfer or other payment methods approved by DigiMall
  3. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees on your sales

Shipping and Delivery

As a seller on DigiMall, you are responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate shipping information for easy pickup by our delivery partners
  2. Ensuring that products are properly packaged and ready to be shipped to buyers
  3. Responding promptly to buyer inquiries about shipping and delivery

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, DigiMall will follow this dispute resolution process:

  1. Review of documentation: DigiMall will review the documentation provided by the buyer and seller to understand the issue
  2. Seller response: DigiMall will contact the seller to respond to the dispute and provide a resolution
  3. Buyer response: DigiMall will contact the buyer to confirm the resolution provided by the seller
  4. Escalation: If the dispute cannot be resolved through the above steps, DigiMall may escalate the issue to a third-party mediator or arbitrator

Termination of Account

DigiMall reserves the right to terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you fail to comply with this Seller Policy or any other terms and conditions of DigiMall.

Changes to Seller Policy

DigiMall reserves the right to modify or update this Seller Policy at any time. Changes to the Seller Policy will be effective upon posting on the DigiMall website.

Acceptance

By selling on DigiMall, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Seller Policy.
